Receptionist/Medical Office Asst. to join our rapidly growing busy office.
Duties include preparing patients for the Dr, phones, scheduling
appointments & surgeries, insurance pre-cert, taking messages, refilling
prescriptions, and filing. Need to travel to satellite office in Hoffman
Estates 2 days/week. Good phone skills and basic computer knowledge a must.
Previous clinical/clerical medical office exp & bilingual Spanish a plus.
